    These are great crochet tutorials and it’s so good to see the work of other people who like to crochet and make up their own patterns.
    Just to complicate things, in Australia we call the stitch you describe as Single Crochet Stitch, Double stitch and the stitch you call Double, we call Treble stitch. I wonder what other countries do?

    Thanks for your comment! That’s funny! When I was younger, I learned to crochet from a book, and I guess it was published in America. I’ve noticed that the styles and phrases for stitches are different everywhere! This is especially true for knitting. There are different techniques for yarn holding/wrapping and names for stitches! That is one reason it was so hard for me to create videos! lol
